Terms of Service
Welcome to Grace Finance. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grace Finance website (gracefinance.com) and the Freedom Snowball Guide (the “Service”), operated by Hazor Negócios Digitais(“Hazor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Service or purchasing the Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Product
The Freedom Snowball Guide is a digital, 32-page PDF e-book covering a Bible-rooted personal-finance system. It is delivered electronically after purchase via a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
2. Purchase and Payment
All purchases are processed by Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for tax purposes, charges your payment method, collects applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. The transaction will appear on your statement as a charge from Paddle or a similar identifier.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). The current price of the Guide is $27.00 USD, charged as a one-time payment. We reserve the right to change prices for future customers; your purchase price is fixed at the time of checkout. Depending on your location, you may see a converted price in your local currency at checkout; the USD price shown on the order confirmation is the binding amount.
3. License to Use the Guide
Upon successful payment, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to:
- Download and store the Guide on devices you personally own or control.
- Print one or more copies for your personal, household use.
- Reference the material as part of your private study.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or publish the Guide or any substantial portion of it, in any medium.
- Upload the Guide to file-sharing services, online communities, or any platform that makes it accessible to third parties.
- Modify, adapt, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, or otherwise transform the Guide.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, attribution, or trademarks contained in the Guide.
- Use the Guide for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The Guide, including its text, layout, illustrations, examples, and all branding (collectively, the “Content”) is the intellectual property of Hazor and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

6. Access Revocation
When a refund is issued, your download link is invalidated and your license to use the Guide terminates. You are required to delete all copies (digital and printed) you have made.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Examples in the Guide (interest savings, freedom dates, jar projections) are illustrative and depend on your individual income, expenses, discipline, and circumstances. Past results — including any testimonials we present — do not guarantee future outcomes.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service and your download link available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hazor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or the Guide. Our total aggregate liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, will not exceed the amount you paid for the Guide.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hazor and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Guide.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email when possible. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and specifically by the laws of the State of São Paulo, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. The parties elect the courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, as the exclusive forum for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, except where non-waivable consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you a different forum.
Because Paddleis the merchant of record for your purchase, transaction-level disputes (chargebacks, billing adjustments, sales-tax issues) follow Paddle's published dispute procedures. Disputes specific to the content of the Guide or to these Terms will be resolved in good faith via email at support@thegracefinance.com before any formal proceedings.
