Refund Policy
1. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your purchase. The clock starts when your order is confirmed (the timestamp on your Paddle receipt and the delivery email we send you).
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@thegracefinance.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include either:
- The order number from your Paddle receipt, or
- The email address used to purchase.
You don't need to explain why. A short message is enough — we won't pressure you with questions.
3. Processing Time
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Once we approve a request:
- 1–3 business days for the refund to be issued by Paddle.
- 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your statement.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We are not able to refund to a different card or account.
4. Access After Refund
When a refund is issued, your download link is invalidated immediately and your license to use the Guide terminates per our Terms of Service. You are expected to delete any digital and printed copies you have made.
5. After the 7-Day Window
Refund requests received more than 7 days after purchase are declined as a matter of policy. The only narrow exception is a delivery failure on our side that we were unable to resolve (for example, your download link never worked and we could not get a working one to you). Outside of that, the 7-day window is firm — we encourage you to read the previews on the landing page and use the full guarantee period to decide.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first — we resolve nearly every issue within one business day. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us removes the option of a friendly refund and triggers a formal dispute through Paddle, which can take 30–60 days.
7. Sales Tax
Sales tax collected at checkout by Paddle is refunded proportionally with the product price. You will see the tax component itemized on your refund receipt.
